About Your Hosts
Bob Kaczmarek is excited to bring more than 40 years of experience in the ‘Quality-of-Life” sector to the party. Starting out in the private country club industry in his youth Bob was taught that quality should always be strived for with every endeavor. Bob brings with him a “Blue Collar” perspective having started out in the trenches and now worked his way up to the Assistant Superintendent for Parks, Recreation & Conservation for the Village of Scarsdale in NY.
In the years Bob has left in the profession he is dedicated to giving back to a field he believes in and is proud to be a member of. Leaning on the experiences of serving on several boards encompassing local, state, national and international interests Bob will bring a unique and varied perspective to each discussion or conversation. Ultimately, by paying it forward, the Parks & Rec Unplugged podcast will be the voice and spirit of the professionals in the field. The joy will truly be in the journey!
